A wedding is like a film and Viola’s sensitivity to the show business and fashion builds upon the fantasy that began at an early age. Her grandfather in Hong Kong was in the entertainment industry and this inspired her to get involved in the wonder that is fashion.

Viola Chan has developed an international fashion sense. She has studied in various countries and travels constantly. She is inspired by the international and universal significance of the bridal moment:

She has been involved with the Oleg Cassini Bridal Collection since 2005 in the USA when she developed a ravishing collection under the design direction of Oleg Cassini. She has continued to evolve her designs internationally into markets such as Turkey, Australia, UK, South Africa, etc. There are 20 Oleg Cassini stores in Turkey carrying her meticulously designed gowns for both bridal and special occasion. Viola’s designs or the Oleg Cassini Bridal Collection are known for their intricate embellishments and spectacular detail.

The current business, marketed in Australia, had an immediate response: Vogue magazine, listed the Oleg Cassini Collection as third most popular brand, and this was the  first 3 months after arrival of the collection. Plans are afoot to expand into China and other markets in 2018. The reaction to the Oleg Cassini Collection has been phenomenal, far exceeding plan.
